Features

Durability
Unequalled adhesion of the steel skins to the polyurethane core is backed by
our five year warranty against delamination. This rugged door combined with its
heavy duty hardware will allow this door to function smoothly for years and
years to come.
Energy Saving
Air infiltration and conductive energy loss is minimized with intermediate
between section joint seals; top, bottom, and side weather seals and a
Therm-O-Break between the interior and exterior steel surfaces. These combined
features provide a door that is totally energy efficient.
Virtually Maintenance Free
The finish on this door is a pre-painted baked on two coat polyester finish
on both sides - means years of maintenance free operation.

Security
The THERM-O-DOR offers excellent protection against break-ins. This security
is provided by a tough section made up of a core of polyurethane covered with
two steel skins. The door face is then combined with heavy duty hardware and
interior side locks to ensure maximum security.
Advanced Construction
Many special features are built into the THERM-O-DOR, including between joint
seals, ship-lap edge to provide drip-free door opening and Therm-O-Break. In
addition, THERM-O-DOR features an exclusive mechanical interlock (Patent
pending) providing a positive mechanical lock of the exterior and interior
skins. These features combined with the superior quality adhesion of the
urethane to the steel face, makes this door the strongest of its type in the
world.

Framing Suggestions 
LIMITED WARRANTY
Seven (7) years against delamination of the polyurethane foam from the steel
skin on the panel and one (1) year on defects in workmanship and material. |
